StorytimeThursdays, 10:30 – 11:00am
Stories, dance, and music for toddlers and preschoolers.

Games Under the Sea – Friday, May 1, 2:30 – 4:30pm
Celebrate the natural world with ocean themed games and crafts! Win small prizes playing loteria del mar, learn about seashore creatures with a matching game, choose an adorable or fearsome sea creature to color, and more. Children, School Age, Tween.

El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Children’s Day/Book Day) Book Giveaway – April 28 – May 2
Celebrate with us all week long! Stop by and pick out a free book to keep forever! For babies to teens.

Paws to ReadWednesday, May 6 and 20, 3:00 – 4:00pm
Come and read your favorite book to Lucy and Pauli! School age.

Fiber Arts Club – Thursday, May 7, 2:30-4:00pm
Join us for our monthly Fiber Arts Club. Bring your project and enjoy camaraderie with like-minded sewers, stitchers, knitters, and anything fiber arts. Adults.

Origami Art – Friday, May 8, 2:30 – 4:30pm
Make origami with Librarian Emily at our monthly art party! We’ll have supplies, directions and the determination to figure out the folding steps with you. School Age, Tween, Teen.

Bears Book ClubTuesday, May 12, 6:00 – 7:30pm
The Glass Hotel, by Emily St John Mandel. Drop in. Adults.

Easy Coding with Ozobots – Friday, May 15, 2:30 – 4:30pm
Come to the library and write code to control a robot with just markers and paper! School Age, Tween.

Teen Advisory Board – Saturday, May 16, 3:00 – 4:00pm
Calling all teens! Looking for volunteer or community service hours? Help Librarian Emily run the Teen Advisory Board! Participation can be listed on job, scholarship and college applications. Snacks provided. Tweens and Teens.

Film – To Climb a Gold Mountain – Wednesday, May 20, 6:00 – 7:30pm
This documentary film tells the stories of four women of Asian descent who lived in America from the 1850s to the present day. Teens, Adults.

Build with Legos – Friday, May 22, 2:30 – 4:30pm
Kids are invited to engineer, build, and create amazing structures with Legos. All bricks provided by the library. School Age, Tween.

Nintendo Switch – Friday, May 29, 2:30 – 4:30pm
Master your gaming skills and make new friends with our Nintendo Switch! We will provide one Switch for up to 4 players at a time – feel free to bring your own too. Games include Mario Kart, Just Dance and Super Smash Bros. School Age, Tween, Teen.
