Rental Procedure
REFUND OF DEPOSIT: Any damages or costs occurring from not abiding by the contract will be taken out of your deposit Re: Cleaning Fee: We are charging $35.00 per hour to clean up after any venue rental and for security personnel as needed. This fee will come out of your cleaning/damage deposit For further information, please contact booking manager directly. |
2022-23 Rental Fees
2022-23 Rental Fees Member Groups (I.E. Kiwanis, Rotary, PHP, Chamber)shall pay the nonprofit rate for rentals except when SBCC will benefit monetarily or with prior approval of the Board in which case a lesser rate may apply. Cleaning fees and damages will be deducted from any deposit after the rental! Saturday and Holiday rate: available 8:30 to 10:00P.M. (entire building only). Sunday through Friday rate: available 8:30am to 10:00P.M. SUNDAYS until 9pm only.
Entire building: excluding conference room (additional $100 with conference room). $950, plus $1000 cleaning/security deposit that is refundable, minus cleaning and security costs, if terms of the contract are met. $700 for non-profits showing proof of 501 (c) (3) status plus $700 cleaning/security deposit that is refundable, minus cleaning and security costs, if terms of the contract are met. ENTIRE ASSEMBLY AREA with KITCHEN– 2 hour minimum: $90.00/hour $70/hour for non-profits showing proof of 501(c) (3) status. ENTIRE ASSEMBLY AREA without KITCHEN-2 hour minimum: $75.00/hour $55.00/hour for non-profits showing proof of 501(c) (3) status. 1/2 ASSEMBLY AREA with KITCHEN – 2 hour minimum: $65.00/hour $50.00/hour for non-profits showing proof of 501(c) (3) status. 1/2 ASSEMBLY AREA without KITCHEN-2 hour minimum: $50.00/hour $40.00/hour for non-profits showing proof of 501(c) (3) status. KITCHEN ONLY-2 hour minimum: $40.00/hour $30.00/hour for non-profits showing proof of 501(c) (3) status. $400 refundable deposit.
CONFERENCE ROOM ONLY-2hour minimum: $30.00/hour $25.00/hour for non-profits showing proof of 501(c) (3) status.
