Paws to Read – Wednesdays, 3:15 – 4:15pm
Come and read your favorite book to Berkeley! She’s at the Los Osos Library on Wednesday afternoons. School age.
Storytime – Thursdays, 10:30 – 11:00am
Stories, dance, and music for toddlers and preschoolers.
Mobile Health Clinic – first and third Wednesdays of each month, 9:00am – 12:00pm
Reproductive health care provided by CAPSLO’s The Center Mobile Health Care Clinic.
TMHA Van – Fridays, 1:00 – 2:30pm
Transitions Mental Health Association provide services, referrals, supplies to unhoused individuals.
Healthy Aging and Fall Prevention Series (6 weeks) – Thursdays, April 3 – May 8, 5:00 – 6:00pm
Because one in four seniors will experience a fall, this FREE 6 session series is designed to help seniors stay independent and prevent falls through exercise and discussion about fall risks.
Poetry Month Art Party – Friday, April 4, 2:30 – 4:30
It’s a special art party for National Poetry Month! Use your imagination to make black out poems, collage poems, and other unique art pieces using paper, pens, pencils, scissors, glue and more. All materials provided – you bring the inspiration! Preschool, School Age, Tween. Kids and family activities.

Join us for a TED Talk viewing followed by discussion. This month – Benjamin Zander: the transformative power of classical music. Adults.
SLO Symphony Petting Zoo – Friday, April 11, 2:30 – 4:30pm
Violins, horns, percussion, and more: Kids, teens, and adults are invited to play a variety of instruments from the San Luis Obispo Symphony petting zoo menagerie. Learn about different types of instruments, how each one creates a unique sound, and how they are played. All ages.
Earth Day Recycled Arts – Friday, April 18, 2:30 – 4:30pm
Join us at the library as we craft beautiful handmade things from recycled materials. We’ll have a button maker, DIY notebook binder, collage supplies and more! School age, tween, teen.
Teen Advisory Board – Saturday, April 19, 3:00 – 4:00pm
Calling all teens! Looking for volunteer or community service hours? Help Librarian Emily run the Teen Advisory Board! Participation can be listed on job, scholarship and college applications. There will be snacks. Ages 13-18.
Build it Challenge – Friday, April 25, 2:30 – 4:30pm
Build creations with Keva Blocks, GeoMags, stacked cups and more! Will yours be the tallest, widest, most colorful, or something else entirely? Build it, tear it down, build it again! For ages 5+.
