Come and read your favorite book to Berkeley! She’s at the Los Osos Library on Wednesday afternoons. School age.

Stories, dance, and music for toddlers and preschoolers.
TMHA Van – Fridays, 1:00 – 2:30pm
Transitions Mental Health Association provide services, referrals, supplies to unhoused individuals.

Star Wars Party – Friday, July 11, 2:30 – 4:30pm
May the force be with you at the library this summer! Join us for an afternoon of trivia, crafts, games and more. Star Wars costumes and T-shirts are encouraged! Be there or be a stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf-herder.
Messy Art – Saturday, July 12, 10:00 – 11:00am
Encourage your child to get creative through painting and other messy art processes! Leave the clean-up to us.
All materials will be provided. Wear clothes that can get messy! For ages 6 months and up.
Teens: Books, Beverages, and Board Games – Saturday, July 12, 3:00 – 4:00pm
Come get hopped up on a beverage of your choosing (boba? matcha? hot tea?)! Revamp your personal library by bringing books to swap for something new to read! Sit down for a fun (or ruthlessly chaotic?) board game!
Let’s Talk! – Wednesday, July 16, 6:00 – 7:00pm
Join us for a TED Talk viewing followed by discussion. This month – Arthur Benjamin: A performance of “Mathemagic.” Adults.
Cartooning with Kane Lynch – Friday, July 18, 3:00 – 4:30pm
Join cartoonist Kane Lynch (and P-nut the Cartoon Cat) for a comic-making adventure! For ages 10 to 18.
Fiber Arts Club Saturday, July 19, 11:00am – 12:00pm
Join us for our monthly Fiber Arts Club. Bring your project and enjoy camaraderie with like-minded sewers, stitchers, knitters, and anything fiber arts. Adults.
Nintendo – Friday, July 25, 2:30 – 4:30
Master your gaming skills and make new friends with our Nintendo Switch! We will provide one Switch for up to 4 players at a time – feel free to bring your own too. Games include Mario Kart, Just Dance and Super Smash Bros. School age, Tween, Teen.
Teen Murder Mystery followed by the Teen Advisory Board meeting – Saturday, July 26, 2:00 – 4:00pm
Calling all teens! Murderous mayhem is afoot at the library and only a group of meddling teens could possibly help solve the case! After, looking for volunteer or community service hours? Help Librarian Emily run the Teen Advisory Board! Participation can be listed on job, scholarship and college applications. There will be snacks. Ages 13-18.
